Lifting Keel (or not as often happens)

Has anyone come up with a relatively foolproof way of either stopping the keel sticking in the stored position or easily freeing it after the boat has been dried out? I am on a drying mooring and no I don't want to change it.

When I bought my 22 the hole thing was sized solid. I fixed it permanently up and removed all the table and lifting gear. I now have lots of room in the cabin and with a few changes she sails great up wind down wind and in any winds she will sail on her own with my fitting to her Tiller.

I have put a photo of your yacht on the gallery under D22-56.
Please would confirm that you are happy for me to leave it there.
